You will need to submit your original passport with a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of intended departure and at least 3 blank pages for visa stamps. If you have any previous passports, it's advisable to include them as well.

You will need to complete the visa application form as per the instructions provided by the New Zealand immigration authorities.

Two recent colour photographs that meet the specified photo specifications. It's important to adhere to the guidelines for the size, background, and other requirements for the photographs.

A covering letter on plain paper (for employed individuals) or letterhead (for self-employed individuals) explaining the purpose of your visit, itinerary, and other relevant details.

Bank statements for the last 6 months showing sufficient funds and a healthy bank balance to cover your expenses during your stay in New Zealand.

Income tax returns or Form 16 for the past 3 years to demonstrate your financial stability and tax compliance.

Optional supporting documents such as fixed deposits, property investments, or other investments that can further demonstrate your financial capacity.

Evidence of funds to cover your maintenance and accommodation expenses in New Zealand. This can be in the form of bank statements, savings books, fixed deposit certificates, or a completed sponsorship form (INZ 1025) if you are being sponsored by a New Zealand citizen or resident.

  • Original Leave Sanctioned Certificate: This should be issued by your employer, indicating that you have been granted leave for the duration of your intended visit to New Zealand. It should bear the company seal and signature.
  • Last 3 Months Salary Slips: Provide your salary slips for the past three months as proof of your employment and income.
  • Business Registration Licence/MOA/Partnership Deed: Provide documents that establish your business, such as the Business Registration License, Memorandum of Association (MOA), or Partnership Deed.
  • Company's Updated Bank Statement: Include the company's bank statements for the last six months to demonstrate the financial health of your business.
  • Company's IT Returns: Submit the income tax returns of your company for the past three years.
  • Proof of Retirement: Provide documentation such as a pension book or statement that verifies your retirement status.
  • School/College/Institute ID Card: Include a copy of your valid student ID card.
  • Bonafide Certificate: Obtain a bonafide certificate from your educational institution confirming your enrollment.
  • Birth Certificate: Submit a copy of the minor's birth certificate.
  • No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Parents/Non-accompanying Parent: Provide a NOC from the parents or non-accompanying parent on a stamp paper worth INR 100. It should state that they have no objection to the minor's travel.
  • ID Proof of Parent: Include a copy of the parent's identification document, such as their passport or PAN card.
