- Entry and Confirmation: Upon arrival, the employer applies for the actual work pass via EP Online, pays the applicable fee, and awaits approval. The IPA letter permits entry to Singapore.
- Pass Collection: Once approved, candidates need to register at the Employment Pass Services Centre (EPSC) within two weeks to receive the Employment Pass Card.
